Refund & Exchange Policy

At Amazing Tees Shop, many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns on custom, personalized, made-to-order, printed, or special-order items. These products are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

EXCHANGES

We will accept exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, makeup, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.
• Original tags (if applicable) must remain attached.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Custom and personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect, production defect, or an error made by Amazing Tees Shop.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions and size charts before placing an order. Because our products are custom-made, refunds or exchanges will not be provided for ordering the wrong size, color, style, or design selection unless the error was made by Amazing Tees Shop.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, order changes, cancellations, or refunds cannot be guaranteed.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping and delivery address. Amazing Tees Shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Packages returned due to refusal, failure to claim, or an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping fees before being reshipped.

By placing an order with Amazing Tees Shop, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Exchange Policy.

DESIGN APPROVALS

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design proofs before providing approval. Amazing Tees Shop is not responsible for errors, spelling mistakes, dates, names, colors, or other design elements that were approved by the customer prior to production. Once final approval has been provided and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
